Once you've downloaded the app and registered, go to your profile settings page and select “Sales Advocate” and at the bottom fo the screen “Become a Sales Advocate”.
Alternatively, you can email us at info@oursupport.co to submit your request. Once reviewed and approved, you’ll receive a welcome email and can start promoting our services right away!

Find your personal referral link in the app under the "Sales Advocate Program" option. Share it with other potential customers to connect them to your referrals.

Earn Commissions
You earn a percentage of your referred customers’ total spend for a set period from their last qualifying purchase, resetting with each qualifying purchase (conditions apply).

Your link to a referred customer stays active for a set period from their last purchase. Every time they make a new purchase, that period refreshes—keeping the connection alive.

Expired connections can be reactivated—just invite the customer again. If they accept, you start fresh and can begin earning again from their purchases.
When It Ends
Y If too much time passes without a qualifying purchase, the connection will expire, and commissions will no longer be earned on that referral.

Who can become a Sales Advocate?
Anyone with an OurSupport account can apply to become a Sales Advocate.
How are commissions tracked?
All referral earnings are tracked individually. Each ticket associated with your referrals’ spending is listed in the Wallet section of your OurSupport app, allowing you to monitor each commission earned in real-time.
When do I receive my commissions?
Commissions are credited to your Wallet section in the OurSupport app as soon as your referred customer approves the completed work and successfully settles their account. Sales Advocates can withdraw these funds anytime, giving you full control over your earnings
Can I refer businesses as well as individuals?
Yes, OurSupport serves both individual and business clients
What happens if a customer I referred stops using the service?
If the customer you referred doesn’t make a qualifying purchase on OurSupport services within a set period from their last purchase, the connection will automatically expire, and you’ll stop earning commissions on that referral. You’ll receive an app and email notification when the connection expires. You can then re-invite the customer to start a new cycle, and if they accept, you’ll resume earning commissions on their future purchases.
